Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Manager to manage customer implementations, GPS installations, and day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics or operations, be customer-focused, and be able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer onboarding and operations.

• Coordinate GPS device installations with field teams and vendors.
• ●
• Ensure smooth software implementation and customer go-live.
• ●
• Handle client escalations and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• ●
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• ●
• Monitor implementation timelines and ensure SLA adherence.
• ●
• Track operational performance and identify areas for process improvement.
• ●
• Coordinate with logistics partners and installation teams for seamless execution.
• ●
• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• ●
• 2–3 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Customer Implementation.
• ●
• Experience in coordinating field operations or GPS installations is preferred.
• ●
• Good understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
• ●
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• ●
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ●
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• ●
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• ●
• Experience in a SaaS, IoT, or logistics technology company is an advantage.
