• What will you do
• We are seeking a Senior DBA with expertise in Cassandra, YugabyteDB, and Neo4j to manage
• and optimize mission-critical distributed database systems.
• This role focuses on cluster health,
• scalability, high availability, and performance for databases supporting fintech applications.

Job Responsibilities

•  Install, configure, and maintain Cassandra, YugabyteDB, and Neo4j clusters in
• production and non-production environments.
•  Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and replication across distributed nodes.
•  Monitor cluster health, throughput, latency, and resource utilization; proactively resolve
• issues.
•  Perform capacity planning, sharding strategies, and cluster scaling.
•  Implement and manage backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies for distributed databases
• Troubleshoot and resolve node failures, data inconsistencies, and replication delays.
•  Work closely with application and infrastructure teams during releases and upgrades.
•  Maintain cluster topology documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
•  Participate in 24×7 On-call rotations to support production clusters

What are we looking for

•  Hands-on experience managing distributed or NoSQL databases.
•  Ability to design, optimize, and scale distributed database architectures.
•  Ownership of cluster performance, reliability, and failover strategies.
•  Strong expertise in Cassandra and/or YugabyteDB cluster administration.
•  Experience with Neo4j graph database operations.
•  Solid understanding of distributed system concepts: replication, consistency, partitioning,
• fault tolerance.
•  Knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting tools for distributed clusters.
•  Experience working in high-availability, 24×7 production environments.
•  Strong problem-solving and incident management skills.
•  Analytical thinking, strong judgment, and decision-making abilities.

• Education Qualification - Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, <B.Tech/> <M.Tech>) or any
• equivalent degree/course.
• Total / Relevant Experience – 6- 8 years

• Work arrangement – 5 days working from office
