About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and problem-solving

Senior Data Scientist

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, data analysis, and Python-based development. You will work on building scalable predictive models, extracting actionable insights from complex datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve real-world business problems.

This role requires someone who can own the complete machine learning lifecycle—from data exploration and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
  • Design, develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning and AI models for business use cases.
  • Build predictive models using regression, classification, clustering, recommendation systems, and forecasting techniques.
  • Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
  • Develop scalable data pipelines and automate model workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
  • Deploy machine learning models into production using APIs or MLOps practices.
  • Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Present technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.

Required Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics.
  • Strong programming skills in

Python

Hands-on experience with

Pandas

NumPy

Scikit-learn

  • TensorFlow or PyTorch (preferred)
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in handling large datasets.

Solid understanding of

Machine Learning algorithms

Statistics

Probability

Feature Engineering

Model Evaluation techniques

Experience with data visualization tools such as

Power BI

Tableau

Matplotlib

Seaborn

Experience deploying ML models using
