Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

SAP Business One Functional Consultant / Support Head

  • with strong expertise in
  • implementation and post-implementation support
  • . The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in
  • SAP Business One functional consulting
  • , project delivery, and client management.
  • The candidate will be responsible for leading
  • support activities while also assisting the implementation team in delivering SAP B1 projects
  • , ensuring smooth business processes across finance, procurement, inventory, and sales modules.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage SAP Business One support operations and assist in project deliveries.
  • Participate in end-to-end SAP B1 implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, and deployment.
  • Work on Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Sales modules.
  • Provide client support and handle functional queries/issues.
  • Conduct end-user training and user role/license planning in SAP B1.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for testing custom developments and reports.
  • Use SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for reporting and data analysis.

Skills and Experience Required

  • 8+ years of experience
  • in SAP Business One functional consulting.

Experience in

  • implementation and support projects
  • .
  • Strong understanding of
  • SAP implementation methodology
  • .
  • Hands-on experience with
  • Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Sales modules

Experience in

  • at least 2 end-to-end SAP B1 implementations

Strong

  • Working knowledge of

  • Candidates from SAP Partner companies will be highly preferred.
  • Good experience in client interaction and project delivery.
