Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant with strong expertise in
• Finance and Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
• implementing, configuring, and supporting NetSuite solutions while ensuring alignment
• with business requirements and best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

• ● Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Finance and Supply
• Chain processes.
• ● Configure and implement NetSuite modules, including Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed
• Assets) and Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management).
• ● Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
• ● Work closely with stakeholders to design scalable and efficient business solutions.
• ● Perform gap analysis and provide functional solutions aligned with business needs.
• ● Support data migration, UAT, and post-implementation activities.
• ● Create functional documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.
• ● Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and workflows.
• ● Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for NetSuite-related issues.

Skills and Experience Required

• ● 7+ years of overall experience, with significant hands-on experience in NetSuite
• Functional roles.
• ● Strong expertise in NetSuite Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Revenue Management).
• ● Good experience in Supply Chain processes (Inventory, Procurement, Order
• Management).
• ● Experience in at least 1–2 full-cycle NetSuite implementations.
• ● Strong understanding of business processes and ERP best practices.
• ● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• ● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Key Competencies

• ● NetSuite certification (preferred)
• ● Experience in workflow customization and saved searches.
• ● Exposure to integration tools and third-party systems
• ● Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• ● Strong communication & interpersonal skills
