Job Descriptions
- Performs full cycle accounting and month end closing activities (intercompany transactions, journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, fixed asset register, multi-currency accounting consolidations).
- Review invoices and expense reports
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Preparation of Monthly MIS- Standalone and consolidated financials.
- Coordination at the time of yearly audit.
- Preparation of data for ITR- India and USA, form 1099, FBAR etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience of Quick books or willingness to learn the same.
- Experience of US accounting.
- Basic knowledge of Form 1099, form 1120, State & Use tax etc.
- Bachelor degree in accounting finance/CA drop out.
- Working knowledge of MS excel.
- Good spoken & written English.
