Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Mumbai (5 days-Work From Office)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can translate Khyaal’s brand vision into compelling visual stories across digital and offline platforms. This role requires a strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to independently drive creative projects while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and content teams.

Key Responsibilities

• ● Own and execute end-to-end design for marketing campaigns, social media, performance ads, app creatives, website banners, and offline collaterals.
• ● Ensure consistency of brand identity across all touchpoints.
• ● Conceptualise creative ideas and design systems aligned with business goals.
• ● Collaborate with content, marketing, product, and growth teams to deliver high-impact
• creatives.
• ● Lead visual direction for campaigns and mentor junior designers when required.
• ● Adapt designs for different platforms while maintaining visual clarity and effectiveness.
• ● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ● 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• ● Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design, branding, and campaign work.
• ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion design is a plus.
• ● Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• ● Experience designing for social media, performance marketing, and digital products.
• ● Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative deliverables.
• ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
