Windows Server Administrator

to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure. The role involves working on Windows servers, Active Directory, virtualization, and hybrid cloud environments to ensure system stability, security, and performance.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Manage and administer

Windows Server (2012–2022)

environments

Handle

Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP

Manage

• user access, permissions, and identity services
• Support and maintain
• virtual environments (VMware / Hyper-V)

Perform

• server patching, upgrades, and security hardening
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot infrastructure issues

Work on

• Azure (IaaS) and hybrid infrastructure setups
• Automate routine administrative tasks using

PowerShell

• Ensure system availability, backup, and disaster recovery readiness
• 🎯 Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in

Windows Server Administration

Good expertise in

Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO

Experience with

VMware or Hyper-V virtualization

Exposure to

Microsoft Azure (IaaS / Hybrid environment)

Knowledge of

• security practices, patching, and system hardening
• Basic to intermediate
• PowerShell scripting

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Experience with

ADFS / Identity & Access Management
