Role: Finance Business Analyst (Contract)

Experience: 7 yrs+

Location: Remote (UK Shift)

Core Skills (Must Have)

• Strong Finance Business Analysis experience (not Technical BA)
• Excellent understanding of finance processes and terminology
• Experience working closely with Group Financial Controllers and Finance Leadership
• Finance process optimisation and transformation

End-to-end Finance Process Analysis & Redesign

Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

General Ledger (GL), Reconciliation & Financial Reporting

• Strong stakeholder management within Finance teams
• Experience supporting finance transformation initiatives

Preferred Skill

Experience with Access Dimensions (Accounting Platform)

Good Alternative

Candidates with a strong Finance BA background and hands-on finance transformation experience, even if they have not worked on Access Dimensions.

Project Overview

• Improve and redesign existing finance processes before downstream data and reporting transformation.
• Work closely with Finance and Data teams to structure finance processes for integration into Databricks/Data Lake.
• Enable clean financial data, improved reporting, and analytics.
