Experience- 1-3 Years

  • We are looking for an Ad Operations Executive to handle the end-to-end execution of brand
  • campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring
  • timely, efficient campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Management: Oversee the full campaign lifecycle from client onboarding to

reporting and invoicing.

  1. Ad Trafficking: QC media plan setup, process ad trafficking requests, and generate/test

ad tags.

  1. Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients to manage

content/creative requirements and provide updates.

  1. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Tech, Design, and Finance

teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

  1. Technical Support: Implement ad tracking codes, troubleshoot technical issues, and

ensure proper ad serving.

  1. Reporting & Invoicing: Provide campaign performance reports and manage the invoicing

process.

Requirements

  1. 1-2 years of relevant ad ops experience, preferably with a news publisher.
  2. Proficiency in Google Ad Manager (DFP)
