- Procurement Specialist to strengthen our procurement function and support business growth.
Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist who will be responsible for sourcing
- and purchasing the best quality equipment, goods, and services at the most competitive prices
- to support the organization's operational and strategic objectives.
- As a key contributor to the business, you will play an integral role in ensuring the company
- adheres to budgets, optimizes procurement costs, and maintains uninterrupted availability of
- critical infrastructure and operational resources. The ideal candidate will have hands-on
- experience managing both existing vendors and new supplier development, conducting
- commercial negotiations, handling procurement processes end-to-end, and ensuring
- compliance with established SOPs and procurement policies.
- This role requires strong commercial acumen, vendor management expertise, excellent
- communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with Operations, Data Center,
- Network, IT, Finance, and Leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement & Sourcing
- ● Source high-quality products, equipment, materials, and services while securing the
- most competitive commercial terms.
- ● Manage end-to-end procurement activities including RFQs, quotation analysis, vendor
- evaluation, purchase recommendations, and purchase order processing.
- ● Develop sourcing strategies that balance quality, cost, delivery timelines, and business
- requirements.
- ● Drive cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for procurement savings
- without compromising operational standards.
- ● Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and technology developments to identify
- better sourcing opportunities.
Vendor Management & Development
- ● Manage and strengthen relationships with existing vendors, OEMs, distributors, channel
- partners, and service providers.
- ● Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and onboard new vendors to ensure competitive
- sourcing options and business continuity.
- ● Conduct vendor assessments, supplier comparisons, and periodic performance
- evaluations.
- ● Build and maintain a reliable supplier ecosystem across IT, networking, cloud
- infrastructure, electrical, mechanical, and facility-related categories.
- ● Resolve vendor issues related to pricing, quality, delivery schedules, and contractual
- obligations.
Negotiation & Commercial Management
- ● Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers to achieve favorable pricing, payment
- terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and service agreements.
- ● Ensure procurement decisions provide maximum value and support organizational
- budget objectives.
- ● Analyze vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements for management review
- and approvals.
- ● Negotiate annual contracts, framework agreements, and strategic procurement
- partnerships where applicable.
SOP, Process & Compliance Management
- ● Ensure procurement activities are executed in accordance with company SOPs,
- approval matrices, procurement policies, and compliance standards.
- ● Continuously improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and
- control.
- ● Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, vendor databases, and purchasing
- documentation.
- ● Support internal audits and ensure compliance with procurement governance
- requirements.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- ● Collaborate closely with Data Center, Operations, Network, IT, Projects, Finance, and
- Management teams to understand procurement requirements.
- ● Coordinate procurement planning to ensure timely availability of products and services.
- ● Support budgeting, forecasting, inventory planning, and procurement reporting activities.
- ● Work with finance teams to ensure timely vendor payments, reconciliations, and spend
- tracking.
Technology & Infrastructure Procurement

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in
- ● Electronics Engineering
- ● Mechanical Engineering
- ● Information Technology (IT)

- ● Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
Experience & Skills
Must Have
- ● Minimum 3 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
- ● Experience managing both existing vendors and new vendor onboarding.
- ● Proven track record in procurement negotiations and commercial discussions.
- ● Experience working with procurement SOPs, approval workflows, and vendor
- management processes.
- ● Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle management and supplier relationship
- management.
- ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- ● Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- ● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting.
