Role Overview

We are hiring an

L2 Support Engineer

with hands-on experience in

HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)

  • along with
  • Python, .NET, and SQL
  • . The role involves providing application support, resolving incidents, and ensuring smooth functioning of financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

  • L2 support
  • for HFM applications and ensure system stability
  • Diagnose and resolve
  • application and data-related issues
  • within SLA timelines

Perform

  • basic root cause analysis (RCA)
  • and escalate complex issues when required
  • Develop and support scripts using
  • Python / .NET
  • Write and optimize
  • SQL queries
  • for troubleshooting and reporting
  • Work closely with
  • L1 support, development teams, and business users
  • Monitor application performance and flag potential issues proactively

Support

  • month-end and year-end financial closing activities
  • Maintain documentation and update
  • knowledge base/SOPs

Follow

incident, change, and problem management processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in

Application/Production Support

Hands-on experience with

HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)

  • Working knowledge of
  • Python, .NET, and SQL

Experience with

  • ticketing tools
  • (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of
  • financial systems and reporting
  • Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in
  • rotational shifts (7 AM – 11 PM IST)
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Good to Have

Exposure to

Oracle Hyperion suite

Experience in

automation/scripting for support tasks

Understanding of

  • financial consolidation processes
