• What will you do-
• We are looking for a Senior Database Administrator (DBA) with strong expertise in RDBMS
• platforms, specifically PostgreSQL and KeyDB, to manage and support mission-critical
• production databases. This role focuses on database availability, performance optimization,
• reliability, and operational excellence in a high transaction fintech environment.

Job Responsibilities

•  Install, configure, manage, and support PostgreSQL and KeyDB databases across
• production and non-production environments.
•  Ensure high availability, replication, backup, and recovery of database systems.
•  Monitor database performance, capacity, and health; proactively identify and resolve
• issues.
•  Perform query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning for RDBMS workloads.
•  Handle production incidents, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement
• preventive measures.
•  Plan and execute database upgrades, patching, and maintenance with minimal downtime.
•  Implement and manage backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies.
•  Work closely with application, systems, and operations teams during releases and issue
• resolution.
•  Maintain database documentation, standards, SOPs, and runbooks.
•  Participate in 24×7 on-call rotations and support critical production issues.
