Your mission

Real estate transactions and financing across all asset classes, including Share Deals and Joint Ventures, as well as project development and special transaction types (NPL transactions, purchases from insolvency, loan-to-own).

Project-related advice on real estate investments, including commercial lease law.

M&A transactions, regularly at the intersection of the real estate sector (digitalization, startups, decarbonization).

Your profile

You have outstanding legal qualifications (totalling at least 18 points)

You are either starting your career with us or already have some initial professional experience

You think and act entrepreneurially

You enjoy working in a team and want to contribute to advancing things together

taking the initiative and thinking creatively are second nature to you, just as excellent German and good English skills
