With 220+ employees across the US, India, and Philippines, we help mid-market healthcare providers optimize their operations and improve financial outcomes. We are also launching InCredibly, a SaaS platform for healthcare credentialing automation, and are building a world-class marketing function to support our growth. ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist to own our marketing technology stack, analytics, and data infrastructure. This is a foundational marketing operations role — you will build the processes, dashboards, and automations that enable our marketing team to scale. You will be the go-to person for HubSpot administration, marketing analytics, lead management, and attribution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, solving data problems, and enabling others to do their best work. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure visibility into what is working and to support data-driven decision-making. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES HubSpot Administration & Marketing Automation Own and administer HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRM Build and maintain marketing automation workflows: lead nurture sequences, scoring models, lifecycle stages Create and manage email templates, landing pages, forms, and CTAs Maintain list hygiene, segmentation, and suppression lists Ensure email deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox placement monitoring Troubleshoot integration issues between HubSpot and other tools Marketing Analytics & Reporting Build and maintain marketing dashboards in HubSpot (weekly, monthly, quarterly) Track and report on KPIs: MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influenced, CAC, channel performance Implement and maintain attribution modeling (first-touch, multi-touch) Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations Integrate data from Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads into unified reporting Create ad-hoc analyses for leadership as needed Lead Management & CRM Data Quality Monitor website visitor intelligence via <Warmly.ai> to identify high-intent accounts and trigger timely outreach Design and maintain lead scoring models aligned with Sales Build lead routing rules to ensure leads reach the right salesperson quickly Implement data enrichment processes using ZoomInfo, Clearbit, or similar tools Maintain data hygiene: deduplication, standardization, decay management Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other regulations Process & Enablement Document marketing operations processes and create training materials Train marketing team members on HubSpot best practices Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies as needed Partner with Sales Ops to ensure marketing-sales alignment Continuously improve processes for efficiency and scale MUST HAVE 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, or Demand Generation Operations Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM (certification strongly preferred) Strong experience building marketing automation workflows and lead scoring models Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, dashboards, and reporting Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) Understanding of B2B marketing funnel, lead management, and CRM concepts Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) NICE TO HAVE HubSpot certifications: Marketing Software, CRM, Inbound Marketing Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs Familiarity with data visualization tools: Looker, Tableau, Power BI Experience with data enrichment tools: ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Apollo SQL knowledge for ad-hoc data queries Experience in B2B SaaS or Healthcare industry Exposure to ABM platforms: Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus Experience working with US-based teams across time zones WHY JOIN NEOLYTIX Foundational role — build marketing operations from the ground up with full ownership High visibility — work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams Dual exposure — support both the Neolytix services business and InCredibly (SaaS product) Clear growth path: this role can evolve into a Manager/Director of Marketing Operations Collaborative, no-politics culture in a stable, growing healthcare sector
