Specialist - Operations

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end PTL operations — booking, pickup, hub, line haul, delivery & POD. Manage and develop local 3PL/transport partners . Drive supplier performance, SLA/KPI adherence and service improvements. Monitor shipment visibility, exceptions, ageing, claims and customer escalations. Manage freight billing, rate cards, cost control and profitability. Drive MIS, dashboards, TMS/ERP updates and process improvements. Ensure transport, safety, statutory and documentation compliance. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, IT, Customer Service & Operations for business launches. Candidate Profile: 4–8 years of experience in Transportation/Logistics. Strong hands-on experience in PTL/LTL & 3PL operations . Experience in supplier management, commercial negotiation and cost control. Good analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Excel, MIS, dashboards and TMS/ERP . Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field. MBA preferred.
