Specialist - Consumer

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, inventory, and outbound activities. Ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliation. Lead and develop warehouse teams to achieve operational KPIs. Coordinate with transport, planning, and customer service teams for seamless operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with SOPs, WMS processes, and health, safety, and environmental standards. Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics for management review.
