Associate - Operations

Key Responsibilities: Ensure timely line feeding to support uninterrupted production operations. Maintain zero downtime by ensuring continuous material availability and quick issue resolution. Manage manpower deployment, attendance, productivity, and shift planning effectively. Oversee material handling activities, ensuring safe and efficient movement of materials. Monitor and control inventory levels, stock accuracy, and material reconciliation. Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams to meet operational requirements. Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to production, inventory, and manpower performance. Track key operational metrics and provide data-driven insights for process improvement. Implement inventory control measures to minimize shortages, excess stock, and wastage. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
