Executive - Business Human Resources

Job Description – Executive – Business Human Resources (HRBP) Job Purpose The Executive – Business Human Resources (HRBP) is responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, contract labour administration, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and HR business partnering to drive operational excellence and employee experience. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for employees and contract workforce. Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and day-to-day HR operations. Administer payroll inputs, attendance, leave, compensation, and employee records through HRMS (Darwinbox). Manage contract labour, contractor compliance, and statutory documentation as per labour laws. Ensure compliance with labour legislation, audits, and statutory requirements. Support performance management, employee development, and training initiatives. Drive employee engagement, CSR activities, recognition programs, and climate surveys. Resolve employee grievances and support industrial relations (IR) matters in coordination with stakeholders. Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and reports, and analyze key HR metrics such as attrition, hiring, and absenteeism. Coordinate with operations, finance, vendors, and government authorities to ensure seamless HR support. Support new project mobilization, workforce budgeting, and cost optimization initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources preferred. Experience 2–5 years of HRBP/HR Operations experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, retail, or supply chain.
