School Leadership & Management</b></p><p><b>o Provide strategic leadership to ensure academic excellence, operational</b></p><p><b>efficiency, and student growth.</b></p><p><b>o Maintain high operational standards across all aspects of school functioning.</b></p><p><b>2. Academic Excellence & Student Outcomes</b></p><p><b>o Ensure the effective execution of curriculum to maximize student learning</b></p><p><b>outcomes.</b></p><p><b>o Oversee and support teachers in implementing structured lesson plans and</b></p><p><b>assessments.</b></p><p><b>o Drive a culture of continuous teacher development through training,</b></p><p><b>mentoring, and performance monitoring.</b></p><p><b>o Regularly review student performance and implement interventions for</b></p><p><b>improvement.</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>3. Enrollments & Brand Development</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>o Drive student enrollment growth through strong community engagement,</b></p><p><b>school branding, and parent outreach initiatives.</b></p><p><b>o Ensure high student retention by fostering a positive school experience for</b></p><p><b>students and parents.</b></p><p><b>4. Finance & Compliance</b></p><p><b>o Ensure 100% collection of school fees in a timely manner.</b></p><p><b>o Maintain compliance with CBSE and state education department regulations.</b></p><p><b>o Keep all regulatory documents updated and recorded.</b></p><p><b>5. Infrastructure & Student Safety</b></p><p><b>o Ensure a safe, hygienic, and conducive learning environment for students and</b></p><p><b>staff.</b></p><p><b>o Implement and oversee student safety protocols and emergency</b></p><p><b>preparedness plans.</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>6. Stakeholder Management & Representation</b></p><p><b>o Represent the school in interactions with parents, local government</b></p><p><b>authorities, and regulatory bodies.</b></p><p><b>o Build strong relationships with local community stakeholders to enhance the</b></p><p><b>school’s reputation.</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>Required Qualifications & Skills:</b></p><p><b> Education: Postgraduate with B.Ed.</b></p><p><b> Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a Principal or Vice Principal role (CBSE school</b></p><p><b>experience preferred).</b></p><p><b> Language Proficiency: Marathi-speaking candidates will be given preference.</b></p><p><b> Skills: Excellent English communication, leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder</b></p><p><b>management, and strategic planning.</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>Selection Process:</b></p><p><b>1.
