We are a growing residential window and door company seeking an experienced Crew Lead to join our team. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew on residential window and door installation projects
• Complete installations to company standards with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Operate a brake for aluminum trim and finishing work
• Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate professionally with homeowners to deliver a positive customer experience
• Monitor material usage and minimize waste
• Train and support junior installers as needed

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in window and door installation
• Experience using a metal brake (required)
• Strong understanding of residential construction practices
• Proven ability to lead a crew or take initiative on job sites
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
