Pricing Compliance Specialist

To identify and resolve discrepancies between Bills of lading and TMS system / OVP / OVQ to minimize discrepancies, maximize revenue, and achieve 100% TMS compliant manifests. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoots common and complex rate retrieval errors. Validates rate accuracy in the OVA application. Issues manifest correctors and/or coordinates updates in TMS / OVP / OVQ to resolve compliance issues. Navigates TMS, OVP, OVQ, and contract search features. Communicates and follows up to ensure compliance issues are resolved. Runs prechecks: ensures all Bills of Lading are rated correctly before the vessel sails. Reconciles discrepancies identified by running the MFTC report. Performs other duties as requested.
