1st Shift: Quality Technician

Nolte Precise Manufacturing Quality Technician Cincinnati, OH APPLY HERE Company Vision: To be an industry expert for supplying precision machined components and assemblies to OEMs in the U.S.A. This 1st shift position is required to work Monday through Friday, but work hours are negotiable to establish a fixed schedule. If selected for further consideration, the schedule will be discussed in an interview. Primary Job Duties: Complete designated inspections and record result in a timely manner Prepare and process non-conforming material reports Operate CMM equipment using PC-DMIS Support production personnel quality questions and initiatives Participate in the calibration program Verify daily maintenance and 5S standards Communicate work status Follow policies and procedures, Vision, Values, Principles, and Philosophies Maintain acceptable attendance Any specifically assigned task Knowledge & Skill Requirements: Must be able to communicate and convey information to others Must be able to use and select tools. gauges, and work aids to perform task Must be able to prioritize work duties to reflect frequent changes, delays, and/or unexpected events during the work shift Must be able to precisely verify operator and machine performance against production documentation and customer specifications Must be able to make decisions using the principles of logic in a timely manner Excellent Math skills up to and including Statistics Ability to prepare basic communication and reports Advanced blueprint reading Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing Ability to use calibration tooling Microsoft office software Experience with machining or AS9100 is a plus CMM programming knowledge is a plus Oasis programming knowledge is a plus Working knowledge of Discus is a plus Physical Requirements: Lifting up to 25 lbs, including bending, twisting, crouching, etc. Must be able to work with oils/coolants Must be able to work in a noisy environment Must be able to frequently stand or walk for long periods of time We Make it Easy Founded in 1901, MRA is a nonprofit employer association that serves more than 4,000 employers, covering more than one million employees.
