Senior Manager – Employment Tax

We are looking for a Senior Manager specialising in Employment Tax to join a growing department, working closely with the wider Tax and Legal teams. This person will deal with employment tax advice and complex compliance for a large portfolio of clients, supporting organisations across a broad range of <industries.As> part of a well‑established and highly regarded team, you will help clients navigate an evolving and increasingly complex regulatory landscape, balancing technical compliance with practical, commercially focused solutions. The role sits within a wider, integrated Employer Services offering, meaning you will work closely with colleagues across payroll, HR, immigration and global mobility to deliver joined‑up advice across the full employee lifecycle.This is a key role within the Employment Tax and Global Mobility department, where you will be highly client‑facing and required to deal credibly and professionally with clients and other professional advisors. As such, excellent technical skills are crucial; equally important is your ability to translate complex tax legislation into clear, practical advice for non‑<specialists.You> will also be required to lead a team of more junior staff, mentoring them to develop their professional skills and providing technical training where needed. The right candidate will work alongside partners to provide bespoke tax advice to clients, support our payroll specialists, and play an active role in managing client relationships, identifying opportunities and contributing to the continued growth of the team.
