Tax Manager (Trust and Estates)

We are looking for a Manager to join our growing Private Client Tax team, where a significant part of the role will involve advising on trusts, estates and their <beneficiaries.You> will play a key role in managing and overseeing the delivery of the trust and estates private client offering for the team, including identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and efficiencies. You will also be involved in driving the delivery of personal tax and trust advisory work, including preparing reports and leading discussions with prospective and existing <clients.You> will mentor and oversee junior staff to support their ongoing development, provide technical training, and ensure the effective day-to-day delivery of compliance and advisory services.This is a key client-facing role requiring you to engage confidently and professionally with trustees, executors, high net worth individuals, and other professional advisers. Strong technical expertise is essential, as is the ability to clearly communicate complex tax matters to non-specialists.This role can be based in either our City or West End office, with hybrid working available.
