Designation: Group Leader - Paint Shop Production Office Location: Halol Primary Responsibilities: Accountable for day to day production activities Accountable for Safety in Paint shop Provides support Paint leadership in SPQRCE Establishing system to maintain paint process control Additional Responsibilities: Should have knowledge of Paint shop PT- ED and Sealing line or In Paint booth and Oven Management. Should have experience in doing Paint shop Audits and process control Should have knowledge of paint cost control Should be able to prepare Budget, Schedules and quality reports. Should have deep knowledge of paint process (specially PTED). Should have good trouble shooting skill Educational qualifications preferred Degree: BE/B.Tech Required work experience Years of experience: 5-15 Years (Auto OEM) Required Skills: Should have involved in PTED paint process Planning and Problem solving Skills Team building and Conflict Management Co-ordination and communication Dealing with Ambiguity and Managerial Courage Technical and functional skills Risk taking and Customer Focus Integrity and Trust
