Support- Vehicle Engineering

Designation: Deputy Manager - Vehicle Engineering Office Location: Halol Plant Primary Responsibilities: O verall Coordination of activities and planning related to current and future Programs. Support Product Engineering function with overall coordination within engineering and plant/field team for quality issues related to design. Provide technical support and assist problem solving with CFT (Cross Functional Team) from different functions like Quality, PE, SQE, Mfg & SCM for quality concerns and system improvement. Implement design changes in discussions with PE SMEs related to quality & product concerns for current and new projects to provide robust design as output. Participate in plant meetings that handles Engineering issues related to design, warranty, manufacturing issues & customer complaints (internal & external) in quality and post launch meetings. Support other quality metrics like SUSA, IPTV, DRR, DRL for engineering issues. Knowledge of tools such as Vehicle Spy, CANOE, IMMO tool. Co-ordination with supply chain to ensure new level of parts availability to support production. Degree: BE/BTech (Electrical, Electronics) Years of experience: 4 to 6 years Required Skills and Knowledge: Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills. Knowledge for Programs coordination activities and adept in PowerPoint, Excel. Exposure to Cross-functional and multi-cultural working environment. Good Team Player, can handle multiple meeting coordination, good analytical knowledge and problem-solving techniques.
