Operations Supervisor

Here’s the difference you’ll make You will be responsible for truck fleet management and equipment and manpower allocation. Part of the function includes the dispatch of containers (dry van, reefers, and isotanks) and trucks for pick-ups and deliveries to meet the required delivery date of customers, and collation of billings documents in coordination with Documentation Department. You are also to assume responsibility in managing chassis inventory, container allocation, and production of various operational and management reports. What you’ll do Plans and execute equipment and manpower allocation to ensure on time pick-up and delivery to customers - 100% Compliance to customer SLA Develops operational policies and procedures to comply with customer and/or regulatory requirements - No incident of non-compliance Ensures on-time submission of PODs for timely billing to customers - POD Compliance Optimizes equipment utilization to achieve cost efficiency - Equipment Utilization and Turn-around Coordinates with customers to discuss operational set-up and/or operational issues.
