Role Overview

As a Fulfillment Operations Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll support warehouse logistics, field operations, and production teams—ensuring equipment, materials, and booths are organized, ready, and where they need to be. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys jumping in wherever needed

What You’ll Own

  • Support warehouse operations including stocking, returns, and organization
  • Load/unload vans and assist with local booth installs and swaps
  • Assist production teams (Assembly, CNC) with hands-on tasks
  • Break down and reset booths post-event
  • Maintain clean, organized, and functional workspaces
  • Jump in on high-priority tasks to keep operations moving

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations is a plus
  • Experience with hands-on or physical work environments preferred

Skills

  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to lift and move equipment/materials
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow processes and instructions

Tools & Software

  • Basic familiarity with warehouse tools/equipment
  • Inventory or operations systems experience is a plus
