We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant with strong functional knowledge of the Salesforce platform, hands-on configuration experience and the ability to bridge business needs with effective CRM solutions. Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering or related fields Proven professional experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its core capabilities Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements Ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules and business processes Experience with Salesforce Flow and automation capabilities Knowledge of Salesforce data models , relationships and data quality practices Experience managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets and sharing rules Understanding of Salesforce security and access control Experience with one or more Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud Experience supporting Salesforce implementations, enhancements and platform administration Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, project managers and other technical teams Experience preparing functional specifications, user stories and solution documentation Experience supporting testing, UAT, user training and adoption Familiarity with data migration and tools such as Data Loader is valued Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs is a plus Familiarity with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards is valued Experience with Salesforce environments, sandboxes and deployment processes is a plus Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps/ALM practices is valued Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus Fluency in English Our Values: Critical thinking and autonomy Focus on meaningful solutions and real results Respect, transparency, and continuous growth What you'll find at Fyld: A collaborative team that values individual progress Access to continuous training and certifications A culture of proximity, respect, and recognition Challenging, purpose-driven projects where your talent as a Salesforce Consultant has real impact 📩 Want to be part of it?
