Your responsibilities

Support AI and Data Analytics projects

in the financial sector by planning, organizing, and executing work packages using agile methodologies, ensuring compelling results are delivered and presented on time.

Design, develop, and optimize

robust data pipelines, including scalable ETL and ELT processes.

Extract actionable insights

from complex datasets using exploratory data analysis, statistical methods, and Machine Learning models.

Empower data-driven decisions

by building and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau.

Leverage leading cloud platforms

like AWS, Azure, or GCP to build and deploy modern data architectures.

Engineer automated solutions

for complex business challenges using cutting-edge technologies such as Agentic AI frameworks, Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Collaborate actively

within interdisciplinary teams, learn from experienced colleagues, and build long-lasting client relationships through outstanding project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Drive thought leadership and business development

by supporting proposal processes, developing Proof of Concepts (POCs), and preparing presentations and whitepapers.

Actively participate

in internal knowledge-sharing around Data Analytics and AI, and continuously advance your professional profile by taking advantage of coaching and training opportunities.

Your ticket

Your educational foundation is a

Bachelor’s degree

in a quantitative or business-related field. A Master’s degree, MBA, or PhD is a strong plus.

You bring

initial hands-on experience

in at least one of the following key areas: Data Architecture & Databases, Cloud Infrastructure, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, LLM & Context Engineering, or Business Process Automation.

Data-driven business models

are familiar to you, and you can easily translate complex business requirements into concrete technical solutions.

You are highly interested in

current technological trends

in the financial sector – especially in Artificial Intelligence (AI) – and have a clear drive for continuous professional development.
