Seasonal Supervisor

Lush Southampton are looking for 2 x Seasonal Supervisors to assist leading our 5* team during our busiest quarter of the financial year.Must have weekend availability and able to work Christmas Eve or Boxing Day.Please note: although AI can be helpful in explaining a question, we want to hear from real people with real experiences. As a Supervisor, you lead the charge in fostering a positive atmosphere on the shop floor, collaborating seamlessly with your colleagues to achieve targets and store top box goals, as well as cultivating an environment that encourages continuous development within your team through feedback and <training.In> your role as a Supervisor, your natural leadership shines through as you handle conversations with finesse, set and manage expectations, and provide unwavering support to your team. Balancing the needs of the business while keeping team morale high is the key to your success in this dynamic and influential position utilising your communication and motivation skills.
