About The Role
Your mission
As our fleet continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Manager to join our Operations Control Center. You will take an active position in the day-to-day commercial management of our fleet, working closely with our B2B clients and internal operational departments to maximize fleet utilization and ensure efficient execution of daily flight operations.
You will bring proven experience in aviation sales and will be expected to operate confidently in a fast-paced operational environment, making commercial decisions and managing client relationships at a senior level. Your expertise will contribute directly to optimizing aircraft deployment, strengthening strategic client partnerships, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
We are looking for a safety-minded and client-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic operational setting and who can contribute with strong industry knowledge, sound judgement, and a proactive approach to further developing our commercial operations.
Your profile
Professional Experience
: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business aviation sales, aircraft operations and and managing B2B client relationships
Commercial Acumen
: Strong understanding of charter pricing, aircraft positioning, and commercial decision-making to maximize fleet utilization and revenue
Analytical Skills
Ability to analyze fleet utilization data, market demand, and operational constraints to make informed commercial decisions
Strong Communication & Client Management Skills
Ability to build and maintain and grow long-term relationships with brokers
Organizational Skills
: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requests, schedules, and client requirements in a fast-paced environment
Problem-Solving Abilities
: Capable of making quick and effective decisions in a dynamic environment
Team Player
: Collaborative approach to ensure smooth coordination between OCC departments
Leadership-Mindset
: Ability to take ownership in daily commercial operations and act as a senior point of contact within the team
Flexibility
: Willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Fluent English Language Skills
with strong preference for professional working German; additional language skills are an advantage
Educational Background
: A completed study in Aviation Management, Tourism Management, or Business Administration is beneficial
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid ZÜP (Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung) as per §7 LuftSiG
Unrestricted EU passport or the right to live and work in the EU
