Assistant Food & Beverage Manager - Elix, Parga

Elix is seeking for an Assistant F&B Manager to support the F&B Manager in all aspects of the Food and Beverage.

Being part of our Food and Beverage team you will

• Assist with the training, and development of the food and beverage team
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the food and beverage department
• Assist with managing the food and beverage department personnel’s schedule
• Ensure all food and beverage services comply with company and legal requirements
• Assist with preparing food and drink menus, and ensuring their timely update, review and availability
• Ensure efficient stock control, ordering, and stocktaking for all food and beverage outlets
• Provide a consistently high level of service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken
