The appointees are expected to Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive administrative support for taught postgraduate programmes, including admission, registration, examination and promotional activities • Support quality assurance and enhancement processes of academic programmes • Write reports and provide secretarial support to programme committees and meetings • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders • Coordinate and organise experiential learning activities, including study trips • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Person-in-Charge or her delegates • Work outside normal office hours and/or outside Hong Kong, China occasionally
