Plant Superintendent

This role is a mix of operations, maintenance, and site coordination, where you'll be responsible for keeping the plant running safely and efficiently You'll use your troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve equipment or process issues and handle minor repairs and preventative maintenance You'll help plan and coordinate maintenance activities, including shutdowns/turnarounds, and work with contractors when additional support is needed Part of the role involves tracking maintenance records, managing spare parts inventory, and making sure equipment inspections are completed on schedule You'll be the main point of contact for customers regarding plant status and will ensure quality requirements are consistently met There is some administrative responsibility as well, including expense tracking, purchasing parts and materials, and supporting capital project reporting Safety is a major focus, so you'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, completing investigations, and following up on audit/action items You'll also manage the electronic work order system, maintain accurate records, and stay up to date with all required safety training
