Production Technician

You will monitor, control, and optimize plant processes using Distributed Control Systems (DCS) to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations Track operating parameters, alarms, and plant performance, and execute start-up, shutdown, and emergency procedures in accordance with established guidelines Perform routine rounds, inspections, and equipment checks on compressors, turbines, pumps, heat exchangers, and gas storage systems Further, you will conduct first-line troubleshooting, minor maintenance activities, and report equipment issues to support plant reliability Ensure compliance with plant safety standards, environmental permits, and operational procedures Operate and maintain customer gas delivery systems, ensuring uninterrupted supply and adherence to product purity specifications And you will perform quality checks, monitor gas analyzers, and respond promptly to operational deviations Collaborate with customer technical and production teams to address operational requirements and resolve supply-related issues
