ROC Technician

You will monitor and operate over 450 air separation facilities across the U.S. and Canada from a centralized control room environment You will respond to alarms, troubleshoot plant issues remotely, and communicate effectively to resolve operational concerns in real time Start up and shut down air separation equipment to meet product demand while maintaining peak efficiency and operational reliability You will analyze data from plant control systems and make informed decisions on appropriate actions to maintain safe and efficient operations Additionally, manage internal and external communication, including phone calls, emails, and computer-based logbooks, to ensure accurate reporting and coordination You will maintain strict adherence to safety policies, procedures, and compliance requirements at all times while working across up to 16 monitors Furthermore, work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule with flexibility for shift changes, overtime, and coverage as needed Lastly, collaborate as a team player while supporting up to 10% travel for on-site facility support and troubleshooting activities
