CES Manager Romania (m/f/d)

You will provide leadership, coaching, performance management, and competency development for the Customer Engineering Services teams Furthermore, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, including technical solution development, budgeting, planning, engineering coordination, commissioning, and customer handover Also, you will drive maintenance strategies, asset reliability, performance monitoring, major repairs, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives In addition, you will ensure compliance with ISCIR requirements, manage RSVTI/RSL/RTS activities, coordinate inspections, and maintain all required technical documentation Finally, you will control maintenance and project expenditures, optimize costs, support CAPEX investment decisions, and contribute to profitability, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth
