About the role We are seeking a Salesforce Support Officer to join our team in Khlong Toei, Bangkok. This position focuses on Salesforce Administration and Data Maintenance to support our global logistics operations. You will play a key role in the onboarding of new sales users, managing lead qualification data, and handling system-related administrative tasks to ensure accurate and efficient sales workflows. What you'll be doing Supporting the global sales process by qualifying leads with data from the internet Supporting the global sales onboarding process by creating new users in Salesforce Basic Salesforce user administration Salesforce Product Mass-Uploads Data maintenance (Salesforce CRM + ABS) Handling different web-services (Salesforce CRM, ID.prove, Google, others Communication with system administrator via email if necessary Supporting other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
