Lead – Business Finance Location: Bengaluru Experience: 0–1 Years post-qualification Qualification: CA mandatory About the Role We’re looking for a sharp, commercially minded Chartered Accountant to join our Business Finance team. This is not a traditional accounting role. You’ll work closely with business and finance leadership to understand performance, drive financial insights, and support critical business decisions. If you enjoy asking “why?” behind the numbers and want early exposure to business finance in a high-growth SaaS environment, this role is for you. What You’ll Own Analyse revenue, costs, margins, profitability and key business metrics Drive MIS and management reporting for business leadership Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Build financial models and perform scenario / sensitivity analysis Identify business trends, performance gaps and opportunities through data Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business performance and financial drivers Support leadership with data-backed insights for decision-making Drive process improvements and automation across financial reporting and analysis Work on strategic and ad-hoc business finance projects What We’re Looking For Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory 0–1 year of post-qualification experience Strong understanding of P&L, financial statements, budgeting and financial analysis Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Commercial mindset with the ability to connect financial metrics to business outcomes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills High ownership, attention to detail and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment Prior exposure to FP&A / Business Finance / Management Consulting / Investment Banking is a plus
