Mechanical Engineering Intern

Position Overview: The Engineering Intern supports the design, improvement, and sustainment of manufacturing processes to meet quality, delivery, cost, and safety goals. This role provides hands-on experience applying engineering principles, data analysis, and process improvement techniques while working closely with cross-functional teams in a real-world manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Innovate and sustain process designs that meet quality, delivery, and cost expectations. Deliver and facilitate improvements in operating performance through redesigning core processes based on engineering principles and statistical results. Works directly with staff and managers to implement and maintain process improvements. Manufacture products that meet on-time, quality, productivity, and safety standards as needed Work with new and existing processes, including process equipment and testing.
