Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role is essential to the daily operations of the farm and involves hands-on work with animals, equipment, and property upkeep. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain farm fencing Clean and maintain animal stalls, barns, and work areas Feed and water animals according to established schedules Groom animals and monitor their general health and well-being Spread manure and assist with waste management Perform general farm maintenance and upkeep tasks Operate basic farm tools and equipment safely Report any maintenance issues or animal health concerns promptly Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) Comfortable working with animals and in outdoor environments Basic knowledge of farm equipment and maintenance tools Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and follow instructions Must be 18 or Older 600 W.
