to understand layouts of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems.
Performing routine maintenance
of plumbing systems and troubleshooting system issues.
Using various tools and equipment
to perform their duties, including pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, and plungers.
Possessing strong mechanical aptitude
and excellent troubleshooting skills, along with good communication and interpersonal skills.
