Location: Palatka & Flagler County, Florida Job Summary We are seeking reliable and hardworking Sanitation Workers to join our team serving Palatka and Flagler County, FL. The ideal candidate will have previous sanitation, waste collection or related experience and be committed to maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary environments. This position requires physical stamina, attention to safety procedures, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform sanitation and cleaning duties in designated work areas. Collect, remove, and properly dispose of waste and recyclable materials. Operate and maintain sanitation equipment and tools safely. Clean and sanitize facilities, equipment, and workspaces according to company standards. Follow all safety regulations, policies, and procedures. Report equipment malfunctions, hazards, or safety concerns to supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned. Qualifications Previous sanitation, waste management, janitorial, or related experience required. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Knowledge of sanitation and safety practices preferred. Valid driver's license is a plus. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
