Designation: Assistant Vice President / DVP – BIG (Tied channel) Department : BIG (Training) Sub Dept: BIG – Tied Sales Location: Andheri, Mumbai Experience: 15 years + Education: Post Graduate Objective- Lead the training function for the zone by driving capability development of Branch Training Managers, Agency Managers, and Life Advisors. The objective is to improve recruitment quality, activation, productivity, and persistency, enabling the zone to achieve its business Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the zonal training strategy, aligned with national training goals and business priorities Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Branch Training Managers (BTMs) across locations Ensure Sales capability development across the Zone and track training effectiveness through metrices like activation, productivity, vintage improvement and product mis Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate; MBA preferred Work Experience: 12–15 years of total experience, with minimum 3–5 years in Life Insurance Training or Sales Leadership Skillsets: Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills Good analytical and problem‑solving ability Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work in a matrix structure Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage large, diverse teams
