Facilitating monthly/quarterly review calls for performance tracking and driving 7. Query resolution Program benefits Management 1. Managing the employee program benefits end to end 2. Co ordinating with cross functional teams for program workflow Vendor Management 1. New joinee kit management with the vendor 2. Co ordinating with cross functional teams for various requirements related to the kit MIS and reporting 1. Shortfall trackers and mails 2. Best Practices publishing across parameters Job specification- Education- Post Graduate/MBA Experience- 5+ years Eligibility- Full time on roll employees with at least 24 months of company experience and a minimum of 2 years in their current role. Employee should be free of disciplinary action throughout his/her tenure at KLI. Employee can apply for at the same grade level or one grade higher. Full time, on roll employees with a minimum ME rating in last 1 appraisal cycle.
