Lead - Channel HR Strategy - HO, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition 1. Collaborate with Distribution Channel Heads and Business HR Head to understand specific talent needs within the distribution channel. 2. Implement agile talent acquisition strategies to adapt to changing business requirements quickly. 3. Leverage Scrum methodology to enhance efficiency in the recruitment process. 4. Ensure continuous improvement in candidate experience. Talent Management 1. Work with Distribution Channel Heads to identify critical skills and competencies required for the success of the channel. 2. Implement agile talent development programs to address immediate skill gaps and anticipate future needs. 3. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to enhance collaboration and communication within the HR team and with business leaders. 4. Implement feedback loops to continuously improve talent management practices. Performance Management: 1. Introduce agile performance management practices to align individual goals with changing business priorities. 2. Collaborate with Business HR Head to ensure performance appraisal processes reflect the dynamic nature of the distribution channel. Employer Branding Collaborate with Distribution Channel Heads and Business HR Head to enhance the employer brand within the distribution channel. Career Management Work with Distribution Channel Heads to identify career paths and growth opportunities within the distribution channel. Qualification: Any Post Graduate Work Experience: 5 years plus • Skillsets: • The ability to analyse complex data sets, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights. • The ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and work effectively with cross-functional teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex information and recommendations, Hands on with AI tools, PowerPoint & Excel
