Role: Sales Manager Department: Credit Life (FIG) Experience: 2 years + Education: Graduate Work Location: Ahmedabad 2 - Shivaranjini Key Responsibilities: oDevelop strong relationships with branch managers, loan officers, and key stakeholders to drive product adoption. oAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the business oConduct product presentations, training sessions, and promotional activities to increase product penetration. oEducate customers (borrowers) about credit life insurance, benefits, and claim processes. oEnsure proper documentation, customer onboarding, and compliance during the sale process. oMonitor competitor activity and market trends to provide insights and recommendations. oAdhere to all regulatory and internal compliance guidelines. oMaintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM or reporting tools.
