Chief Manager - Finance - Mumbai (Goregaon East)

Position Senior Manager/Chief Manager Department: - Accounts and Finance Office Location: - Goregaon East, IT Park Key Responsibilities 1. Regulatory Returns & Reporting  Prepare and review regulatory submissions including F&A BAP, Website Public Disclosures, Listed Entity formats, FC Return, Return of Subsidiaries, MSME Form-1, and other ad-hoc returns  Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all regulatory filings in line with applicable guidelines 2. Books Closure  Monthly closure of books of account along with analysis and quarterly audit 3. Financial Analysis  Preparation of Variance analysis, ratios and various MIS for the purpose of financials review.  Assist in identifying key drivers for variances and provide actionable insights 4. Strategic Projects  Drive strategic initiatives within the CFO’s function to impro, collaborate on cross-functional projects involving multiple departments to deliver organization-wide impact  Support implementation and monitoring of key transformation and improvement initiatives 5. Competition Analysis & Benchmarking  Analyze Financial Statements, Notes to Accounts, and Management Reports of peer life insurance companies  Benchmark key metrics, disclosures, and practices against industry players 6. Automation & Process Improvements  Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements  Drive automation initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders  Enhance existing workflows to reduce manual intervention and improve accuracy 7. Audit & Compliance Support  Assist in audit-related activities including data preparation, schedules, and documentation Support closure of audit queries and preparation of representation letter
